We will communicate through the Band App & E-mail (willowcreekacademytx@gmail.com).  Access to the Band Group for the current year will be given after tuition is paid.

  School days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, each week, from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Classes have a minimum of 6 students and maximum of 10 students.

Yes! For the 2026/27 school year, Electives are opening up and can be selected by the class.  Email us for the current choices.

We begin accepting students at 5 years old for our Kindergarten class.  In the future, we will have a 3 and 4 year old class for teachers' children.  Three year olds must be potty trained.

No uniforms are required.

 We are not accredited.

Yes, we teach Bible as one of our subjects.

Tution for the entire year is $2,170.  This includes core subjects and electives.

$200 secures your child's spot, and subtracts from the above total.

 There are two payment options: $1950 paid in full due July 1st,
or Split Pay- $1,000 the 1st of July, and $1,000 due January 5th.

For the 2026/2027 school year, monthly payments will be accepted: $275 due the first of July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar.

Tuition for Elective-only classes is determined by the teacher and is paid by the semester.  Prices range from $90-120/student/semester.  Some classes have a supply fee, ranging from $10-40/semester.

All of our teachers love their subject, love Jesus, and are excellent with children.  They have varying levels of education and experience.  However, our 'Core Subjects' teacher taught Kindergarten in the public school setting for 6 years before having and home schooling her own children.
